The Club Today

In the year 2002 members of Wills Bowls Club joined us. We are a private members club and in 2004 we purchased our own green and clubhouse, thanks to the generosity of its members and help from the English Bowling Association. (Now known as Bowls England).

We have extended our clubhouse by building new changing rooms,  extended and refitted the kitchen and created a Skittle Alley. We  have full toilet facilities, along with ramp access for disabled persons, to the clubhouse.

The club competes in three mens leagues, S&D Afternoon League, Swindon & District, and Bowls Wiltshire. Supermarine, have won the Swindon & District League four times. Also we have a strong ladies Section with a number of BW representatives and they compete in the evening league and the afternoon league.

Supermarine bowls club prides itself on the social ambiance of the club and everyone is welcome .The club is always looking for new members, young or not so young.
